Holiday Houseboats

A holiday on one of our two houseboats is a unique experience.
Bluebird and Kingfisher combine all the comforts of modern living with the excitement of life afloat.
The houseboats are moored at our private jetties adjacent to the apartments at Mereside and have panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Saloon and galley
The Saloon affords a spacious area with large windows overlooking the lake and mountains. The galley is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer and all utensils necessary for meals on board.
Patio doors open to the lower part covered sundeck again overlooking the lake complete with table and chairs for alfresco dining late into the evening.

Sleeping
There are two sleeping areas providing four berths. The master

Bluebird Master
and
Bunk Bedrooms

sleeping area is at the stern with a double bed and fitted wardrobes and access to its own private sundeck whilst the central sleeping area has full size bunk beds.

Shower Room
There is a separate shower room with full size shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin / vanity unit.

Kingfisher
(sleeps 4 non-smoking)

Saloon and galley
The Saloon affords a spacious area with large windows overlooking the lake and mountains. The conservatory style furniture offers comfortable seating and dining whilst the galley is fully equipped with electric ceramic hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer and all utensils necessary for holiday cooking.

Patio doors open to the lower part covered sundeck again overlooking the lake complete with table and chairs for alfresco dining late into the evening.

Sleeping
There are two sleeping areas providing four berths. The master sleeping area is at the stern with a double bed and fitted wardrobes and access to its own private sundeck whilst the central sleeping area has bunk beds ( slightly shorter than normal at 5ft 9in).

Shower Room
There is a separate shower room with full size shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin/vanity unit.
